Effective June 29th, Hallett Associates has joined Findley, a large, independent regional HR and benefits consulting firm.

This strategic transaction:

  • Provides a significant increase in professional resources, with over 250 associates, including 100 actuaries, consultants and retirement plan professionals.
  • Expands the services we can offer related to retirement, health and group benefits, compensation, change management and communications, compliance, global services and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Expands our geographic reach by joining with Findley offices in Chicago, IL; Louisville, KY; Cleveland, Columbus, and Toledo, OH; and Nashville, TN, and now Pittsburgh, PA.

One very important reason why we elected to join Findley is that we share the same culture and values of integrity and commitment to client service. Findley is dedicated to independence and objectivity in pursuing solutions and approaches that are in the best interests of clients.

We will continue to work out of our same office location, and we will continue to operate under the Hallett Associates name until sometime in the next few months when we will rebrand as Findley.
